Through retreats, workshops, masterclasses, and career coaching, we discover, elevate and advance extraordinary screenwriters.
Donations are 100% tax deductible and are used to serve our community, giving women a voice.
25% of the earth’s population are women over the age of 40 yet in 2022 only 12% of movies were written by women and only 14% of all roles were women over 40.
The Writers Lab celebrates its ten-year anniversary as a signature NYWIFT program. As of October 1, 2024, The Writers Lab Inc is an independent 501(c)(3) organization and is no longer legally associated with NYWIFT.
