Lab Intensives
The Writers Lab offers rigorous multi-day programs designed to support women and nonbinary screenwriters over 40. We select writers based on a thoughtful submissions process, seeking excellent screencraft from a diverse group. In 2026, we will offer two opportunities, both featuring our signature focus and commitment to craft mentorship, community building, and career support.

How Our Labs Work
The Writers Lab Intensives are immersive, mentor-driven programs that combine focused script development with professional preparation. During each Intensive, writers participate in one-on-one mentorship, peer workshops, panel discussions, and group conversations designed to strengthen both craft and process. In the months following, participants continue to receive guidance and support as they move their projects forward and engage with the industry.
